How can we help?
Create and set up a company
Create and verify your account, choose a published plan, accept the current terms and privacy notice, and register your company. The setup wizard saves your progress. Complete company details, billing, team, connections and imports, then review the final checklist before opening Hub.
Choose your Hub colours
From Companies, open Hub style. Choose Ruby, Ocean, Forest, Teal, Violet or Slate and save. The choice belongs to that company and appears throughout its Hub.
Invite employees and manage access
A company owner can invite employees from Team, choose their role and revoke unused invitations. Each active member and pending invitation uses one seat. Disable access when an employee leaves. A previously accepted invitation cannot restore revoked access.
Billing and plan allowances
Open Manage billing from your company card to manage your Stripe subscription. Plans show monthly CAD pricing, seats, document storage and the maximum size of a single upload. Database records are separate from document storage. Contact support to arrange a plan change.
Test email, printing and payments
Save credentials in your company connection settings. In Launch tools, select the company and run a connection check. Email tests go to your own verified address. Printer tests require confirmation and a selected printer. A Square connection check reads the configured location without taking payment. Verify delivery, physical printing and complete payment/refund workflows separately.
Protect your account
For standalone accounts, open the Security centre, confirm your password and add the setup secret to your authenticator. Enter its current code and save the recovery codes in a secure place. Recovery codes are shown once. Review your active sessions and sign-in events. Two-step verification is required for the standalone platform administrator. In the private Sites preview, account security is managed by your sign-in provider.
Export company data
A company owner can download a ZIP of business records as JSONL plus company documents. Credentials, authentication tables and internal recovery files are excluded. The export reads live data, so pause company edits for a consistent business review. It is not a point-in-time backup or a restore file.
Backups and restoring a company
The recovery dashboard shows recorded server backup and restore checks. A local snapshot is distinct from an independent backup. Restoration is a server administrator task requiring a stopped service and suspended company, with integrity and company identity checks. After a restore, verify key workflows before reactivating. No backup entry means no recorded verification.
Contact support
Use Help and support to create a ticket for your company. Include the page, approximate time and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not paste passwords, API keys or payment card details. Replies remain in the Hub support centre; email notification is not currently provided.
